Long-Term Transformation with AI
According to Reski, leadership continuity also reinforces confidence in
Indosat's ability to continue its long-term transformation agenda, particularly by expanding its strategy based on artificial intelligence (AI).
In the next phase, Indosat will further expand the implementation of its AI-North-Star strategy. The strategy focuses not only on expanding AI infrastructure and cloud capacity but also on building a fully integrated AI ecosystem.
The ecosystem encompasses infrastructure and cloud services, platforms, and various AI-based solutions. By integrating these capabilities,
Indosat aims to expand access to AI technologies for businesses and people across Indonesia.
This step is also part of the Company's efforts to establish a strong foundation for sustainable value creation over the long term. Indosat views the development of AI as one of the opportunities to expand the benefits of digital transformation across various sectors.
"We welcome a new chapter for
Indosat with strong momentum and growing opportunities for growth. Building on the foundations we have established, we are ready to expand the implementation of the
AI-North-Star strategy, strengthen Customer Love, and continuously develop our capabilities to create a more sustainable and inclusive digital future. Together with our customers, partners, shareholders, and the entire ecosystem, we are optimistic that we can continue to make a greater contribution to Indonesia - in the spirit of #LebihBaik
Indosat," Reski said.
To support this strategy, Indosat continues to strengthen its infrastructure foundation, which is intended to enable the Company to turn AI capabilities into tangible value for businesses and society.
Zankore is part of the expansion of the Company's computing capacity, supported by a long-term agreement with a capacity of up to 200 MW. In connectivity, RAIA Grid utilizes an 86,000-kilometer fiber-optic network to strengthen the access required and bring AI capabilities closer to businesses, developers, researchers, and communities.
These two growth engines form an important part of the foundation for Indosat's AI Factory and broader AI ecosystem. The Company is also continuing to accelerate the use of AI so that the technology goes beyond simply increasing technical capacity and instead creates tangible value for various stakeholders.

Alongside investments in digital infrastructure and AI capabilities, Indosat places strong emphasis on human resource development. The Company aims to empower up to two million digital talents by 2030.
Indosat is implementing these initiatives through partnerships with universities, the government, technology partners, and various other stakeholders. The collaboration is intended to strengthen AI research, encourage innovation, and develop skills that meet industry requirements.
At the same time, Indosat is expanding access to digital opportunities for people and businesses across various regions of Indonesia. These initiatives form part of the Company's strategy to ensure that the benefits of digital transformation become more broadly accessible.
The development of digital talent is also part of

Promoting Efficient and Sustainable AI

The AI-RAN trial aims to reduce energy consumption by up to 20 percent compared with the use of conventional networks. The development of this technology demonstrates
Indosat's efforts to optimize the use of AI while taking energy efficiency into account in the expansion of digital infrastructure.
Through these various initiatives, Indosat is reaffirming its commitment to ensuring that AI growth does not merely result in increased technological capacity. The Company also aims to translate technological developments into additional opportunities for the people of Indonesia.
This commitment covers infrastructure expansion, the development of AI capabilities, improved connectivity, digital talent development, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
On this foundation, Indosat is continuing its long-term digital transformation while expanding the development of Indonesia's AI ecosystem. The Company views the integration of technology, connectivity, human resources, and collaboration as important foundations for building a robust, inclusive, and sustainable digital and AI ecosystem.
