DELI SERDANG | INDATANEWS.COM - The Dojo Al Farizi Karate Team continues to uphold training discipline and commitment as the fundamental principles for producing resilient and successful karate athletes with strong character. This consistency is an important part of athlete development, particularly in preparing athletes for various karate championships at both regional and wider levels.
The
Dojo Al Farizi, located in Gang Ampi, Ujung Serdang Village, Tanjung Morawa Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, regularly conducts training sessions for its athletes. Its youth development program is aimed not only at athletes with competition experience but also provides beginners with the opportunity to develop their skills from an early stage.
The training sessions are characterized by seriousness, perseverance, discipline, and team spirit. For Dojo Al Farizi, training is an important process for developing technical abilities while simultaneously building the mental strength and character of each karateka.
Achievements as Motivation for Further Development
The Dojo Al Farizi Karate Team has already recorded several achievements at various karate events. Among its accomplishments is a gold medal at the INKANAS Karate Championship at the West Sumatra provincial level.
In addition to its success in West Sumatra, athletes from
Dojo Al Farizi have also participated in several championships in North Sumatra. The competition experience they have gained is an important part of the training process. It helps further develop the athletes' abilities while giving them greater experience on the competition floor.
The Dojo Al Farizi team is also officially registered with PB INKANAS. This status is part of the team's efforts to conduct its karate training in a structured manner and provide athletes with opportunities to participate in various competitions appropriate to their respective levels of development.
Although the team has already achieved success, it does not consider those achievements a reason to reduce training intensity. On the contrary, every achievement serves as motivation to further improve its abilities and prepare for the next challenges.
"Achievements are not the final goal, but the result of continuous training. Dojo Al Farizi will continue to train, develop, and produce successful young athletes who can promote the name of their region," said Senpai Sanusi.
The statement reflects
Dojo Al Farizi's commitment to making the training process a central part of an athlete's journey. For the team, sporting success does not come overnight, but through consistent training and continuous development of young athletes.

Youth Development Begins with Beginners
Dojo Al Farizi does not focus exclusively on athletes who have already achieved success. Beginners are also given the opportunity to train and develop their potential. This approach allows every member to progress according to their abilities and respective stage of development.
During training, athletes have the opportunity to improve their basic karate techniques, strengthen their physical fitness, and develop discipline. A training environment built around team spirit is also an important component of the athletes' mental development.
The presence of experienced athletes among beginner karateka additionally creates a supportive training atmosphere. Members can learn from one another during joint training, while more experienced athletes serve as examples of discipline and training motivation.
This approach is particularly important because youth sports development should not focus solely on winning competitions. An athlete also needs mental strength during competition, discipline, fairness, and the ability to deal with both victories and defeats.
On this foundation, Dojo Al Farizi strives to make training an environment where athletes are not only developed as competitors but where young people are also shaped with positive character traits.

Preparing for the Batubara Regent's Cup
Following participation in several competitions and the achievements it has recorded,
Dojo Al Farizi is now preparing for its next event. The team will compete in the
Piala Bupati Batubara, or Batubara Regent's Cup.
Participation in the tournament will give the athletes an opportunity to once again test the skills they have acquired during training under actual competition conditions. Beyond the pursuit of sporting achievements, the tournament can also serve as a benchmark for the development of technique, mental strength, and competition readiness.
Preparation for the championship continues through a consistent training program. The athletes are expected to remain focused and disciplined so that they can deliver their best performance when they step onto the competition floor.
For Dojo Al Farizi, every competition has an important role in the athletes' long-term development process. Competitions provide athletes with opportunities to gain experience while also helping them identify areas that still require improvement.
With regard to the development of karate in North Sumatra, actively training dojos also play an important role in strengthening the foundation of young athletes. Training at the dojo level is one of the crucial stages before an athlete can establish themselves at a higher level of competition.
Dojo Al Farizi in Ujung Serdang Village, Tanjung Morawa Subdistrict, Deli Serdang, remains committed to this effort. Its continued training spirit provides an important foundation for the team as it faces upcoming competitions.
With experience from various competitions, previous achievements, and athlete development beginning at the beginner level,
Dojo Al Farizi aims for continuous improvement. The team also hopes its athletes will be able to represent the name of the dojo and North Sumatra on even bigger competition stages in the future.
Consistent training remains the key principle the team continues to uphold. For Dojo Al Farizi, every training session is part of a long journey to produce karate athletes who are not only successful on the competition floor but also possess discipline, mental strength, fairness, and good character.
