The organizers provided a range of community health services, including a blood donation drive and free medical check-ups. These services were warmly welcomed by the public as they offered convenient access to preventive healthcare at no cost.

A bazaar featuring Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) was also held, showcasing and promoting a wide range of locally produced goods. The event provided local entrepreneurs with an excellent opportunity to introduce their products to a broader audience while contributing to the growth of Belawan's local economy.

The inaugural Car Free Day was attended by the Commander of Kodaeral I, the Mayor of Medan, representatives of maritime institutions in Belawan, and various community organizations.
