DELI SERDANG | INDATANEWS.COM – The Government of Deli Serdang Regency officially sent off 360 prospective Hajj pilgrims of Kloter 15 for the 1447 H/2026 pilgrimage season on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
The farewell ceremony took place at the Grand Mosque Thaf Sinar Basarsyah before the pilgrims continued their journey to
Asrama Haji Medan, where they will later depart for Saudi Arabia.

The event was attended by Deli Serdang Regent Asri Ludin Tambunan, Deputy Regent Lom Lom Suwondo SS, Chairperson of TP PKK Jelita Asri Ludin Tambunan, and Hajj officer Asniar Lom Lom Suwondo, reflecting strong governmental and community support for the pilgrims.

Deli Serdang government confirmed that the 1447 H/2026 Hajj departures are divided into two groups. Kloter 10 from Labuhanbatu Selatan departed earlier on May 3, 2026, while
Kloter 15 arrived at
Asrama Haji Medan on May 7 and is scheduled to depart for Saudi Arabia on May 8, 2026.
