LABUHANBATU SELATAN | INDATANEWS.COM – A warm and familiar atmosphere marked the Pinang Raja II area in Kota Pinang on Monday, April 27, 2024, as the Chairman of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD RI), Dedi Iskandar Batubara, carried out a working visit as part of his recess period.
The visit became an important moment to strengthen communication between the central government, local authorities, and the community in Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency.

Kota Pinang District, Khoirul Efendi Batubara, the village head Mirwan Sentosa Siregar, community leaders, and various social organizations. The strong presence of residents reflected high public interest in the event.
Dedi Iskandar Batubara actively engaged in direct dialogue with the community. In an open and informal setting, he listened to residents' concerns and aspirations.
Locals raised a range of issues, particularly related to infrastructure development, economic improvement, and social welfare.
"This recess period is not merely a formal agenda, but a bridge to directly hear the voices of the people. Their needs will be brought and advocated at the national level," said Dedi Iskandar Batubara.
