MEDAN | INDATANEWS.COM ~ The name Julyadi Yahya Pulungan, S.Sos, is increasingly gaining attention in the race for the Chair of the Regional Leadership Council (DPC) of the National Awakening Party (PKB) in Deli Serdang Regency for the 2026–2031 term.
This development follows the official announcement from the PKB North Sumatra Regional Executive Board (DPW PKB North Sumatra), which released a list of candidates for the DPC chairmanship as part of the party's internal consolidation process at the regional level.
Strict Verification and Selection Process

The document relates to the formation and restructuring of DPC leadership structures across North Sumatra.
The party emphasized that all candidates have undergone a rigorous verification process and have been approved to proceed to the next stage, the Feasibility and Properness Test (Uji Kelayakan dan Kepatutan). This stage is not only a formal assessment but also a strategic evaluation of leadership capacity, loyalty, and political vision.
Confirmed Candidates for DPC Leadership
The candidates confirmed for the PKB Deli Serdang DPC chair include Julyadi Yahya Pulungan, S.Sos; Dr. Mhd. Hasan Elkholiqyah, S.H., M.H; H. Rakhmadsyah, S.H; Purwaningrum, S.H; Said Hadi, S.E; and Buono Syahputra.

The DPW PKB North Sumatra has instructed all DPC structures to publicly announce the candidate list, underscoring the party's commitment to transparency and providing the public with insight into PKB's internal dynamics.
DPW PKB North Sumatra Chairman H. Ashari Tambunan, together with Secretary Zeira Salim Ritonga, stated that the selection process is part of a broader strategy to strengthen party structures, reinforce organizational solidarity, and enhance political competitiveness.
