ACEH TENGAH | INDATANEWS.COM ~ The Aceh Tengah Police inaugurated a new Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) service desk at the Public Service Mall (Mall Pelayanan Publik/MPP) in Kampung Kuteni Reje, Lut Tawar District, Takengon, on Wednesday morning, April 15, 2026. The initiative is designed to make public administrative services more accessible, faster, and more efficient for residents.
The establishment of the SKCK service desk is part of the Aceh Tengah Police's ongoing efforts to improve the quality of public services. By integrating services within the MPP, citizens can now complete various administrative processes in a single location without having to visit multiple offices.
Aceh Tengah Police Chief AKBP Muhamad Taufik officially led the inauguration ceremony. He emphasized that the police must continuously modernize services in line with public needs.
"We welcome this innovation from Satintelkam. This service desk reflects our commitment to providing faster, more transparent, and more efficient public services," he said.

Centralized Services for Greater Efficiency
According to AKBP Muhamad Taufik, the new system significantly reduces both time and costs for the public. Instead of visiting different institutions, residents can now handle their administrative requirements directly at the
Public Service Mall.
"With this service, citizens no longer need to come directly to the police station. Everything can be completed in one place, faster and more efficiently," he explained.
The integration is expected to streamline bureaucratic procedures and improve overall public satisfaction with government services in Aceh Tengah.

Aceh Tengah Regional Secretary Mursyid, representing the Regent, praised the collaboration between the police and local government. He stated that the SKCK service desk represents a major step toward integrated public services in the region.
"This is a shared commitment to delivering fast, transparent, and integrated public services. The SKCK service desk greatly benefits the community," Mursyid said.
He added that centralizing services at the MPP significantly reduces administrative burdens on citizens while improving efficiency.
"With Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, I hereby declare the SKCK service of the Aceh Tengah Police at the Public Service Mall officially open," he concluded. (IDNC)
