ACEH BARAT | INDATANEWS.COM - Investigators from the Corruption Crimes Unit (Tipidkor) of the Aceh Barat Police Criminal Investigation Unit are continuing their investigation into an alleged corruption case involving the Family Planning Operational Assistance Program (BOKB). The investigation is particularly focused on the "Operasional Dapur Sehat Atasi Stunting" (DASHAT) program implemented by the Aceh Barat Regency Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning (DP3AKB).
As part of the investigation, police have questioned two suspects in the case. The first suspect, identified by the initials TJ, was questioned on Friday, September 11, 2026. Investigators then questioned another suspect, identified as SW, on Monday, September 14, 2026.
SW was questioned at the Tipidkor Unit office at the Aceh Barat Police headquarters from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB). The questioning was aimed at obtaining further details from SW regarding the administration of the BOKB program, particularly the DASHAT activity, which was financed through non-physical funds from the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) for the 2023 fiscal year.
The case involves an alleged state financial loss of Rp658,179,750. Investigators are continuing to examine the implementation of the program, the use of budget funds and statements from several individuals connected to the case.
Investigators Deepen Statements From Two Suspects
Aceh Barat Police Chief AKBP Agus Sulistianto, S.H., S.I.K., through
Aceh Barat Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief AKP Deno Wahyudi, S.E., M.Si., said the questioning of the suspects was part of the ongoing investigation. The process is intended to clarify the sequence of events and identify possible irregularities in the implementation of the program.
"The questioning of the suspects is intended to deepen statements and facts related to the case. Investigators continue to work professionally and will follow up on every piece of evidence obtained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations," AKP Deno said.
Suspect TJ is a retired civil servant. During the 2023 fiscal year, he served as acting head of the
Aceh Barat Regency
DP3AKB. Meanwhile, suspect SW was a civil servant at the
Aceh Barat DP3AKB during the same fiscal year.
Investigators are basing the allegations on Article 2 paragraph (1) and Article 3 of Law No. 31 of 1999, as amended by Law No. 20 of 2001 on the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, as well as Articles 603 and 604 of Law No. 1 of 2023 concerning the Indonesian Criminal Code.

Questioning Lasts Five Hours
Tipidkor Unit Chief Ipda Masykur, S.H., together with investigators from the Tipidkor Unit of the
Aceh Barat Police Criminal Investigation Unit, conducted the questioning of SW. During the examination, SW was accompanied by legal counsel.
Previously, investigators had questioned TJ on Friday, September 11, 2026, in connection with the same case. TJ's questioning lasted approximately six hours and was also conducted in the presence of legal counsel.
The questioning of both suspects is part of the investigative process aimed at further clarifying the administration of the BOKB program, particularly the
DASHAT activity. The program was funded through
non-physical DAK funds allocated for the 2023 fiscal year.
In addition to questioning the suspects, investigators have also seized several pieces of evidence believed to be connected to the case. Police are also completing the investigation files as part of the next stage of the legal process.

Investigation Remains Ongoing
Aceh Barat Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief AKP Deno Wahyudi emphasized that the investigation remains ongoing. Investigators will evaluate all statements and evidence obtained to further clarify the case before the legal process proceeds to the next stage.
"We will carefully examine every fact and piece of evidence. The case is being handled step by step and in accordance with applicable legal procedures," he said.
Investigators from the Tipidkor Unit of the
Aceh Barat Police Criminal Investigation Unit continue to examine alleged irregularities in the administration of the BOKB program, particularly the
DASHAT activity. The investigation covers the implementation of the program, the use of budget funds and statements from individuals connected to the case.
Following the questioning of the two suspects and the seizure of several pieces of evidence, investigators continue to collect and examine legally relevant facts identified during the investigation.
