BANDA ACEH | INDATANEWS.COM – The Chairman of DPW Solidarity Squad Aceh, T. Rival Amiruddin, has welcomed the decision by the Governor of Aceh to revoke Governor Regulation No. 2 of 2026 concerning the Aceh Health Insurance Program (Jaminan Kesehatan Aceh/JKA). He described the move as a reflection of responsive and people-oriented leadership.
T. Rival Amiruddin, who also refers to the governor as "Mualem," said the swift revocation of the regulation signals the government's strong attention to public needs, particularly in the healthcare sector.

"We certainly welcome Mualem's quick decision to revoke Pergub No. 2/2026 on JKA. This shows his concern for the needs of the people of Aceh,"

According to him, public policies must ensure equal access to essential services, especially healthcare.
"This step is in line with the fifth principle of Pancasila, as people are entitled to justice and proper healthcare services. The governor has made the right decision," he added.
