LANGSA | INDATANEWS.COM - Aceh Regional Secretary M. Nasir conducted an unannounced inspection at RSUD Kota Langsa on Monday, May 11, 2026, to ensure healthcare services are operating smoothly, efficiently, and without disruption.
During the visit, Nasir directly inspected several hospital service units while reviewing patient care procedures and discussing operational challenges with hospital management.
He stressed that patients must remain the top priority and that medical services should be delivered quickly, accurately, and with a patient-centered approach.

Comprehensive Evaluation of Hospital Services

RSUD Kota Langsa, including acting director Erizal, to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the hospital's existing service system.
According to him, the hospital must strengthen both internal and public communication to prevent misunderstandings during the treatment process.
"The public needs clearer information. Understanding which patients are prioritized is essential so there will be no misunderstandings during medical treatment," he explained.

Priority for Catastrophic and Psychiatric Patients
Nasir also emphasized that patients suffering from catastrophic and high-cost illnesses must receive priority treatment without any restrictions.
"Without any decile limitations," he stressed.
In addition, he said people with disabilities and patients with mental health conditions must also receive humane and prioritized
healthcare services.
Faster Administrative Services Needed
The
Aceh Regional Secretary further called on administrative staff at
RSUD Kota Langsa to work more quickly, responsively, and efficiently in order to reduce long queues and improve the overall quality of
healthcare services.
