JAKARTA | INDATANEWS.COM - Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower is reviewing companies and government institutions registered as partners for Batch 3, Round II of the National Internship Programme (MagangHub), with the assessment scheduled to conclude on 30 October 2026. The process aims to ensure that participating organisations are ready to host interns before the government confirms the partners and publishes available placements for prospective applicants.
Darmawansyah, Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity at the
Ministry of Manpower, said the review was intended to ensure that internships comply with programme requirements while providing participants with relevant practical work experience.
"We are reviewing companies and government institutions that have registered as partners in the National Internship Programme to ensure that the programme is implemented in accordance with the applicable regulations and its objectives. The readiness of partners is an important factor in ensuring that internships provide participants with relevant work experience," Darmawansyah said, according to a press release issued by the ministry's Press and Public Relations Bureau on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.
The programme offers applicants the opportunity to gain work experience at companies and government institutions that meet the requirements for participating as internship partners. Interested candidates should therefore pay close attention to registration deadlines, eligibility requirements and selection procedures to avoid missing out on the opportunity.
Partner Assessments Before Vacancies Are Published
The
Ministry of Manpower has set the registration period for internship partners from 28 September to 29 October 2026. Applications submitted by companies and government institutions are being reviewed between 28 September and 30 October 2026.
The internship partners are scheduled to be officially confirmed on 30 October 2026, when available placements are also due to be published through the official MagangHub portal. This will help prospective participants identify positions that match their interests, knowledge and qualifications.
The assessment is also an important step in ensuring that companies and government institutions are prepared to accommodate interns. Through this process, the ministry aims to ensure that partners deliver placements in line with the programme's objectives and provide participants with meaningful insights into the workplace.
Interested applicants should carefully review the information provided for each vacancy, particularly the eligibility criteria and applicable conditions. This will help them target positions that suit their educational backgrounds, professional interests and skills.

Applications and Eligibility Checks in Early November
The
Ministry of Manpower has scheduled the registration and eligibility assessment period for prospective interns from 27 October to 4 November 2026. During this period, interested candidates should ensure that they meet the established criteria before applying for available placements.
The application period for internship positions will run from 31 October to 4 November 2026. Applicants can visit the official MagangHub portal at https://maganghub.kemnaker.go.id/ to review vacancies and complete the required registration steps.

Providing complete information and meeting all deadlines are essential to a successful application. Applicants should also ensure that all submitted details comply with the registration requirements so that their applications can be processed smoothly.
Participant Selection Begins on 5 November
After the application period closes, participating companies and government institutions will conduct their selection processes from 5 to 11 November 2026 and recommend suitable candidates to the Ministry of Manpower. The ministry is then scheduled to complete the final selection and confirm participants on 12 and 13 November 2026.
The government plans to announce the selection results through the MagangHub portal on 13 November 2026. Applicants will be able to check whether they have been selected and access further information about the programme.
Successful candidates are expected to begin their internships on 16 November 2026. The overall process covers partner assessments, the publication of vacancies, applications and candidate selection before the placements officially begin.
Interested candidates should complete each stage within the prescribed deadlines. The MagangHub portal serves as the central source of information on vacancies, eligibility requirements, selection procedures and the announcement of results.
Careful preparation will help applicants make informed choices and understand each stage of the process. At the same time, the readiness of internship partners remains essential to ensuring that the programme complies with the applicable requirements and provides participants with relevant practical work experience.
