JAKARTA | INDATANEWS.COM - Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower has finalized the participants for the National Internship Program, also known as MagangHub 2026 Batch 2 Group II, following a selection process conducted from September 16 to 18, 2026. The ministry plans to announce the names of the selected participants on September 18, 2026. The internship program is scheduled to begin on September 21, 2026.
The selection of participants is part of the implementation of the 2026 National Internship Program Batch 2 Group II, involving organizer partners and prospective participants. Before the selection process began, applicants had completed the registration and recruitment stages conducted by the respective organizer partners in accordance with the program's provisions.
Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity at Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower, Darmawansyah, said the participants who took part in the selection process had previously completed the recruitment process and received nominations from the organizer partners.
"The selection and determination of participants is carried out for applicants proposed by organizer partners in accordance with the program's provisions," Darmawansyah said in a press release distributed by the Ministry of Manpower's Public Relations Office on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
Ministry Conducts Participant Selection
Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower is conducting the participant selection and determination process over three days, from September 16 to 18, 2026. The process follows the recruitment and nomination stages previously carried out by the organizer partners.
During the process, the Ministry of Manpower evaluates applicants based on the applicable provisions of the National Internship Program. Applicants who meet the requirements are subsequently selected according to the internship program they have chosen.
Darmawansyah explained that the determination of participants represents the next stage after organizer partners submit applicants selected through their respective recruitment processes. Applicants who fulfill all requirements can then participate in the internship program based on the available placements.
"After the determination process, participants who are declared successful will begin participating in the internship program on September 21, 2026," he said.
The Ministry of Manpower plans to announce the selected participants on September 18, 2026. Following the announcement, participants admitted to the program will begin their internships on September 21, 2026.
The schedule gives participants an opportunity to prepare for the start of their internships. The subsequent implementation will be carried out through the organizer partners in accordance with the programs selected by the participants.

MagangHub Implemented in Stages
The implementation of the 2026 National Internship Program Batch 2 Group II has gone through several stages since August 2026. The process began with the registration of organizer partners and the publication of internship vacancies from August 21 to 31, 2026.
The Ministry of Manpower then conducted the verification and publication of internship opportunities from September 1 to 3, 2026. Once the vacancies were published, prospective participants were able to register from September 3 to 8, 2026.
The next stage took place from September 9 to 15, 2026. During this period, organizer partners conducted the recruitment process and nominated participants for the subsequent selection and determination process conducted by the Ministry of Manpower.
After receiving the nominations from organizer partners, the Ministry of Manpower entered the participant selection and determination stage from September 16 to 18, 2026. This process represents the final stage before the internships begin on September 21, 2026.

Selected Participants Begin on September 21
Participants who successfully pass the selection process and are officially determined by the Ministry of Manpower will join the National Internship Program starting September 21, 2026. They will undertake their internships according to the program they selected during the registration process.
Organizer partners play an important role in recruiting and nominating participants before the Ministry of Manpower conducts the selection and determination process. Following the official determination of participants, the internship program will proceed to the next stage according to the established schedule.
The Ministry of Manpower provides information about the National Internship Program, or MagangHub 2026 Batch 2 Group II, through its official platform at maganghub.kemnaker.go.id. Prospective participants can use the channel to obtain information about the program.
Participants are also advised to follow all official information concerning the further implementation of the program, particularly after the completion of the selection and determination process. With the internships scheduled to begin on September 21, 2026, the 2026 National Internship Program Batch 2 Group II will enter its implementation phase following a series of procedures that have been underway since late August.
