DELI SERDANG | INDATANEWS.COM ~ The Deli Serdang Regency government has officially launched a renovation program for uninhabitable houses (RTLH) in Paya Itik, Galang District, North Sumatra.
The initiative aims to enhance residents' living conditions. The first groundbreaking ceremony took place on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, led personally by
Deputy Regent Lom Lom Suwondo.

Most households rely on plantation agriculture, but limited land and resources often result in unstable incomes.
"This
house renovation means a lot to us. It not only improves our living conditions but also motivates us to maintain our homes," Barus said.
