Regent Asri Ludin emphasized the importance of integrity and accountability among all employees, particularly in budget management and project execution. He made it clear that no employee—whether civil servant or contract worker—is allowed to engage directly in the physical work of construction projects.
"I do not want staff acting as foremen or participating directly in project execution. Anyone who does will face strict consequences," Asri Ludin stated. He also prohibited practices such as subcontractor fraud or the sale of projects. All projects must be carried out by official contractors under clear contracts.
"No projects are to be sold. Anyone attempting this will be severely sanctioned," he stressed.
