SIGLI | INDATANEWS.COM - The Director of Teungku Chik Ditiro Sigli Regional General Hospital (RSUD), drg. Mohd Riza Faisal, MARS, led a morning assembly with all hospital employees on Monday, July 27, 2026. During the event, he delivered several strategic directives aimed at strengthening work discipline, improving healthcare service quality, and emphasizing the importance of collaboration among all departments to provide the best possible medical services for the community.
The morning assembly, held at the RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli complex, was attended by all hospital employees, including civil servants (ASN) and non-ASN personnel. The activity served as a platform to reinforce the shared commitment of all staff members to improving work performance and healthcare services for the people of Pidie Regency.
In his address, drg. Mohd Riza Faisal emphasized that RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli must continue to make improvements. These efforts include various aspects, ranging from hospital management systems to technical elements of patient care services.
Focus on Improving Healthcare Service Quality
The Director of RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli stated that a hospital must continuously evaluate its achievements and performance. According to him, improving healthcare quality must become a shared responsibility among all employees so that the public can receive increasingly better medical services.
"The quality of healthcare services for the entire Pidie community must continue to be improved. We must not be satisfied with our current achievements, but must continue striving to become better," said drg. Mohd Riza Faisal.
He explained that high-quality healthcare requires support and commitment from all units within the hospital. Every employee has an important role in creating an efficient, fast, and responsive healthcare system that meets the needs of the community.
In addition to improving service quality, the hospital director also urged every work unit to pay greater attention to administrative management as an essential component of hospital operations.

drg. Mohd Riza Faisal instructed every outpatient clinic, treatment room, and department to assign administrative personnel responsible for managing documents and recording daily healthcare activities.
According to him, an organized administrative system will help the hospital manage patient data and various healthcare activities accurately. Complete documentation is also a crucial element of professional hospital management.
"Good administration is an important foundation for hospital operations. It ensures that all patient data and activities from each unit are properly recorded and can be easily accessed whenever needed," he explained.
He expressed hope that strengthening administrative systems across all units would improve service efficiency and facilitate better coordination among departments at RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli.

On the occasion, the hospital director also reminded all employees about the importance of strong teamwork. He stated that hospital services require close cooperation because the responsibilities of each unit are interconnected.
