Rico Waas said.
He emphasized that Wiriya Alrahman's extensive experience is a valuable asset that remains meaningful not only during his active tenure in government but also after retirement through the sharing of knowledge and insights.

Rico Waas hopes he will continue contributing through his experience and knowledge.

"Service to the nation does not end with
retirement, but continues in another form,"
Rico Waas said.
During the event, Rico also expressed gratitude and appreciation from the entire Medan City Government to Wiriya Alrahman for his support, leadership, and cooperation throughout his tenure as Regional Secretary.
He prayed that Wiriya and his family would always be blessed with health, happiness, and the opportunity to enjoy
