MAKASSAR | INDATANEWS.COM - Chairwoman of the Aceh Provincial Regional Council for Handicrafts (Dekranasda) Marlina Muzakir personally visited the Dekranasda Aceh booth at the National Craft and Wastra Exhibition featuring Dekranasda representatives from across Indonesia at Trans Studio Mall, Makassar, South Sulawesi, on Thursday, July 9, 2026.
The exhibition was held as part of a series of events commemorating the 46th anniversary of Dekranas' establishment. The event showcased various high-quality craft and wastra products from Dekranasda organizations across Indonesia. It aimed to strengthen the promotion of local products while providing wider market opportunities for regional artisans.
Marlina conducted the visit to ensure that Aceh's outstanding handicraft products were displayed attractively and could draw the attention of the people of Makassar as well as visitors from various regions attending the exhibition.
During her tour of the exhibition area, Marlina was accompanied by Vice Chairwoman of Dekranasda Aceh Mukarramah Fadhlullah and Head of the Aceh Industry and Trade Office T. Adi Darma, ST. Together, they welcomed artisans and booth operators while directly observing various distinctive Aceh products showcased at the event.

Promoting Aceh Craft Products to the National Market
Marlina stated that Dekranasda Aceh's participation in the national exhibition was a strategic step to expand market access for regional craft products. The event also served as an important platform to introduce Aceh's cultural richness to a wider audience.
According to her, Aceh's handicraft products possess strong cultural values and high creative quality that deserve greater recognition in the national market.
