ACEH TENGAH | INDATANEWS.COM – In commemoration of the 80th Bhayangkara Day, the Aceh Tengah Police (Polres Aceh Tengah) held a friendly gathering and distributed social assistance to Amil Jenazah (Islamic funeral volunteers) and burial coordinators from Linge District, Aceh Tengah Regency. The event took place on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the Aceh Tengah Police Headquarters, creating a warm and family-like atmosphere among participants.
The initiative was presented as a form of recognition for social and religious workers who often operate behind the scenes but play a crucial role in society. The
Amil Jenazah assist grieving families and carry out essential duties in Islamic burial practices, particularly the
fardu kifayah obligation, which requires collective fulfillment within the Muslim community.
AKBP Muhamad Taufiq Leads Dialogue and Assistance DistributionAceh Tengah Police Chief AKBP Muhamad Taufiq personally led the activity and held an open dialogue with representatives of the Amil Jenazah from Linge District. During the discussion, he listened to their experiences, challenges, and needs in carrying out their community-based religious responsibilities.
