BIREUEN | INDATANEWS.COM ~ The Aceh chapter of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP), led by Malahayati M. Nasir, together with its provincial board, has distributed humanitarian assistance to families of civil servants (ASN) affected by a recent hydrometeorological disaster in Bireuen Regency. The aid handover took place at the Bireuen Regent's Pendopo.
A total of 100
food packages were provided to affected
ASN families from lower to middle income groups (Golongan II). In addition, the
DWP Aceh also donated copies of the Quran as part of its social and spiritual support initiative.

In her remarks, Malahayati M. Nasir expressed deep sympathy for the ongoing impact of the disaster affecting local communities.
"We understand that the effects of this disaster have not yet been fully overcome, and we share the concerns and difficulties faced by the affected families," she said.

Bireuen have been affected by
hydrometeorological disasters, with 10 districts experiencing severe damage.
She added that the impacts are still being felt by residents, and the assistance is expected to help ease the burden on affected families while supporting recovery efforts in the region. (IDNC)
