JAMBI | INDATANEWS.COM ~ The Jambi Regional Police (Polda Jambi) conducted a reconstruction on Friday, April 24, 2026, in a sexual violence (rape) case across three separate locations. The procedure was carried out to clarify the sequence of events and strengthen ongoing investigations.
Investigators Reconstruct Timeline at Multiple LocationsSeveral senior police officials attended the reconstruction directly at the crime scenes. They included Irwasda Polda Jambi Kombes Pol. Jannus P. Siregar, Director of Criminal Investigation Kombes Pol. Jimmy Christian Samma, and Head of Internal Affairs (Propam) Kombes Pol. Darno. Representatives from the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) were also present to ensure external oversight and transparency.

Polda Jambi Kombes Pol. Jimmy Christian Samma stated that the
reconstruction was conducted to verify and match the suspect's statements with the actual conditions at the scene.
"This reconstruction is intended to ensure that the chronology of events aligns with investigative findings and strengthens the evidentiary process in the ongoing legal proceedings," he explained.
